James Bond, A James Bond girl, A Rock star, a sexy video vixen, Batman, catwoman. You can unleash either one of these within yourself with these helpful tips.

Pamper Yourself.

It can not be stressed enough, how much you need to take time out for yourself. You need to take time out for the things that bring you joy. Atleast once a week, make a date night with yourself. Do whatever you want, and go wherever you want to go. The point is just to feel comfortable with yourself.

Get Rid of Stress.

Nothing is less attractive then a stressful, bitter person. Be more open to relaxing and enjoying the moment. Meditate on your confidence. Learn to say 'NO" when it's something you really don't want to do.. There's nothing more sexier than a confident, in-control person. Take time out and get to know yourself. The things you like, the things you don't like, the things your'e good at, the things you suck at. Find parts about yourself that you do like, and focus on that, instead of focusing on the bad. And lastly, only do things you are proud of. If you can't share it outloud with anyone, then it's probably not a good idea.

Excercise.

When you look good, you feel good, and it shows. You don't have to excercise vigorously every day. Just 3-4 times a week. About 20 minutes of efficient excercise will suffice. It is not how long you do the routines, but how effective you are at doing them. So, don't half do them, put your heart into it. C'mon, think about that body you've always wanted. You can have it!
Yoga and pilates are a good low capacity activity. It can relieve stress, and improve posture and flexibility.

Eating Right.

Not only does eating right help you feel sexy, by alleviating that bloating feeling you feel when you've eaten too much, but it also eases the guilt that we often feel after a binge. According to "Body For Life", by Bill Phillips, pick one day a week to indulge in your favorite foods. However much you want, but limit it to that one day. The rest of the week, workout and eat a well balanced meal and you won't feel deprived.

Surround Yourself With The People You Want to Be Like.

Having confident, motivating, nurturing friends will help you be your best and hinder that competition that can usually come from business associates. Also, these type of friends ecspect the best of you and will help motivate you and inspire you to be all you can be. What is more sexier than being allowed to be all you can be. It's the American Dream!

Set Goals.

This keeps you from getting old and stale in life. Without goals, what do you have to awake to each day? Without goals, you loose that zest and vibrancy that keeps you youthful. Set some goals and don't be afraid to take risks. Good risks usually heed good returns.

Giving Back.

Helping people makes you feel good! To make a difference in someone's life matters, and is one of the biggest achievements that you could ever make. To help someone when you didn't have to, rather someone knows it or not, makes you a star!

Be spontaneous.

Not enough to be dangerous, but enough to be adventurous. One day, ditch the schedule and just go with the flow. It's that no restriction on life that is so sexy an attractive. So, the next time you are feeling aggrevated and stuffy. Stop. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath, count to 10, and allow the real you, to flow.

The point is, when you are doing well in life, you feel good about yourself, less guilt and other things to get in your way of happiness. When you are happy you are at your best. You are in control of your life and your desired destiny. You are confident when you are at your peak. You will also feel a sense of wanting to share these wonderful experiences with someone. This will keep you open and flexible to new experiences.
